You take the high road along some of the buildings to get out of the way before making it back down to street level. You summon your motorcycle and hop on.
Racing down the streets, something bright in your peripheral view catches your eye. Shaking your head, you dismiss it as nothing and focus on the road. You lean into the bike to gain more speed, flying right through a red light. The dark, neon-lit streets are a blur as you pass by, weaving in and out of traffic.
You're lucky the cops haven't found you yet, and you're likely not safe anywhere for now. You cross the bridge and make it to the other side of town, where your run-down apartment lies. There it is again, that light in the corner of your eye. You still don't pay any attention to it, and when you get to your apartment, you make sure no one's following you. You park your bike and hide it, and then hurry inside.
